The Downtown Neighborhood Association (DNA) website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the DNA website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

This is how we handle information we learn about you from your visit to our web site. The information our web servers gather depends upon what you do when visiting our site. The DNA will not give or sell your name or address to any third party without your advance approval. The DNA has a no-tolerance policy towards Spam or other unwanted emails. The membership roles of individuals of the DNA are confidential. Business membership roles are published. We will never intentionally send or transmit anything to you that we believe you have not authorized. Should you contact us via email, you do with the understanding that we cannot assure confidentiality of unsecured email, although we will maintain an acceptable standard for the confidentiality of communications at our end. From time to time the DNA sends out communications. At any time you may select to opt-out from receiving communications from the DNA by simple selecting the Opt-Out link found at the bottom of any email received from the DNA. By communicating with the DNA you select to opt-in to receive these communications.
